As a company, we understand the additional challenges faced by disabled people in gaining employment

In cases where an individual develops or acquires a disability while in our employment we will seek to keep them in employment by undertaking a full review of their requirements and make the necessary adjustments where possible, whether we need to purchase specialist equipment, provide additional training or any other form of additional support.

 

Applying for a job

The job description will tell you about the essential requirements for the job, such as necessary experience or qualifications that you'll need for that particular role.

We probably haven't met you before, so we ask that you let us know that you have a disability. Coming to an interview

If you are invited for an interview, let us know if you need any extra assistance, whether it's a parking space or for someone to accompany you to the interview. We will do our best to help you out in whatever way you'd like us to.

We'll let you know the location, date and time of an interview or recruitment day, as well as what to expect on the day. This way, we should have more than enough time to discuss any adjustments or assistance that you might need.
